Where do you source your products from?

We gather our ingredients from a range of farms in the USA, including Perkins Good Earth Farm, Organic Blueberry Ranch, Great Inspiration Farm, and others. These suppliers ensure the procurement of top-quality, delicious ingredients to offer mineral-rich and nutrient-dense fruits and vegetables.

Are the ingredients in the smoothie kit organic?

Our commitment to organic sourcing aligns with the Environmental Working Group’s Dirty Dozen list, ensuring that produce with the highest pesticide levels is either commercially certified organic or grown by our dedicated local farmers, without the use of non-organic pesticides or fertilizers.

Are the ingredients in the smoothie kit pre-washed and pre-cut?

The ingredients in the smoothie kit come pre-washed and pre-cut for your convenience. Simply pour the packet of ingredients into the blender, add liquid, and blend.

Are the smoothie kits suitable for people with dietary restrictions?

Yes, our smoothie kits are designed to accommodate various dietary restrictions, including options that are vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free.

How do I make my smoothie?

Once you receive your sachet, pour the ingredients into a blender, add 200ml (about 7 oz) of liquid (e.g. water, milk, or juice), then blend up to your desired consistency and Voilà!

Subscription and Order:

How do I Subscribe?

Click the link to our smoothie kit selection page, then simply click on the plan that suits your health goals. Once you signed up for an account, it’s even easier to order.

How do I unsubscribe?

If you would like to pause or cancel your subscription, then you can do so any time before your next payment.

Can I Change my meals and/or edit the number of smoothies?

Yes! Log in to your account and click ‘Orders’. Here you’ll see your current and past orders. You can edit any pending and paid orders from the time of order till midnight.

 

Delivery

Can I select or change my delivery date?

Yes, the cutoff is till midnight from the time it was purchased.

I need to change the shipping address / I entered the wrong shipping address; can I change it?

Yes, the cutoff is till midnight from the time it was purchased.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, the cutoff is till midnight from the time it was purchased to cancel the order.

Will my order stay frozen if I am not home?

All of our shipments contain an insulated liner and enough dry ice to maintain a frozen environment for the duration of transit. However, due to unknown conditions that may arise during transit, it is best to bring the package inside and transfer the products to your freezer as soon as you receive the shipment.

When will I receive my shipment?

Due to the logistics of shipping frozen and ensuring your Frozen Garden goodies arrive in a timely (and frozen) manner on your doorstep, we are only able to ship orders out on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays (Zone 1 & 2 also ship on Thursdays if Saturday delivery is available). All orders placed by 11:59pm EST the night before will ship out on the following Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday, with the exception of major holidays and/or weather forecasts that may result in delays during transit.
